Another biker has gone on to be charged today in relation to last weekends hostilities.
The biker, Craig Wright of Brooklyn, 29 was charged with gang assault, police say.
A police spokesperson John McCarthy went on to tell that Craig Wright was identified in the video “punching through the window of the SUV and kicking (Lien) twice.”
Police said Wright’s license tag was visible in the video — which hasn’t been released to the media — and his uncle identified him for authorities.
Police went on to tell that Craig Wright in March pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license.
It is unclear whether he CNN goes on to tell that Wright was driving with a suspended license at the time of the SUV incident.
He was also convicted in Virginia in 2005 for reckless driving.
Craig Wright was in police custody Monday night and was awaiting arraignment. NBC went on to offer if it was immediately clear if Wright had an attorney.
Authorities went on to tell they are continuing to search for two additional suspects in photos that were released Sunday as well as combing through videos and photos of the attack for additional suspects.
To date Reginald Chance, Robert Sims and Christopher Cruz have all been charged along with the newly Craig Wright.
