Starbucks wants you to know they’ll soon have 31-ounces (which nearly equals one liter or a third of a gallon) of liquid love for you. Trenta, which means thirty in Italian, will be the coffee cult chain’s biggest size of coffee, tea, and cold drinks. The bigger beverage will cost about 50 cents more than the 20-ounce Venti size.
So when can we expect to slug 11 more ounces of the good stuff?
It’s not settled for New Yorkers, yet.
AP : The new cups will be introduced Tuesday in 14 states: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Hawaii, Nevada and Arizona. California residents will be able to buy them beginning Feb. 1 and the nationwide rollout should be complete by May 3.
We certainly hope that this incredible gift hits the city before it gets warm again. On these cold winter mornings, 20 ounces just ain’t gonna cut it.
