How to make money hard and fast…
Sarah Palin is definetiy onto something here. Since abruptly resigning from her $125 000 a year job as governor of Alaska, America’s favorite photogenic nuisance has come up with a clever way to hoodwink the public.
Reports the NY Post:
Sarah Palin and her daughter, Bristol, earned an eye-popping $100,000 for their new In Touch Weekly cover, sources say. For just eight hours’ work at her own home, Palin pocketed nearly as much as her $125,000-a-year salary as Alaska governor.
That of course doesn’t include the millions she has managed to bilk out of the public for her book ‘Going Rogue,’ and the $100 000 fees she now commands for speaking engagements, and her latest foray with FOX as a media correspondent (the people she apparently despises with a passion…)
The trick? Get the whole world talking about you, pretend you’re affected by it, write a few jingles, have a public spat with the father of your grand daughter (Levi Johnston) keep telling the world that you really do know where Russia is, relentlessly remind us all how left wing the press is (and we erroneously thought it was right wing all along) and presto after adding a gallon of moonshine from Sarah’s backyard you have a gold mine factory.
Life in America can only keep getting better for the chosen few.
