Miriam Yarimi, Brooklyn wigmaker driving Audi charged with manslaughter death and criminal negligent homicide of Orthodox Jewish mom, Natasha (Sara) Saada & her two kids as they were leaving Shabbat services. Wigmaker was driving with suspended license and had 93 driving infractions in the last year and a half alone. 

A Brooklyn wigmaker who shared her luxurious lifestyle on social media and who had racked up over 93 driving infractions, including multiple speeding offences over the past year and a half has been charged with manslaughter and criminal negligent homicide after she allegedly killed a mother and her two daughters, and left a 4-year-old in critical condition in a horror crash along Oceans Parkway in Brooklyn on Saturday.

Miriam Yarimi, 32, faces three counts of second-degree manslaughter, three counts of criminally negligent homicide and four counts of second-degree assault for smashing into a group of pedestrians Saturday afternoon on Ocean Parkway in Gravesend, police told The Post on Sunday.

She also faces charges of reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to yield on a red, speed not reasonable and prudent, and speed over speed limit, police said according to the nypost.

Wigmaker Audi vehicle went airborne before colliding with Orthodox Jewish mother & her three children

Yarimi was driving her Audi on a suspended license when she got into a collision with Toyota Camry, and careened into and killed the mother and two children who were leaving Shabbat services, according to NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch.

The impact which led to the mother being killed along with two of her three daughters, as her surviving child remained in critical condition.

The victims were identified as mother Natasha (Sara) Saada (35)  and daughters Diana Saada (7) and Debra Saada (5). The 4 year old was identified as Pinchas Raphael Ben Sarah, Yeshiva World reported.

The FDNY had to extricate Yarimi from her overturned 2023 Audi A3 after the crash. She was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

All five people in the 2023 Toyota Camry that she hit, including the 63-year-old Uber driver, a 35-year-old woman and three children between the ages of 4-12, were treated for minor injuries, according to NYPD.

The 32-year-old mom of one, who goes by the name ‘Ellie,’ is a wigmaker by profession, something noted by the vanity plate of the Audi in the crash, which reads ‘WIGM8KER.’ She had ‘proudly’ posed with the fatal car and posted the image on her Instagram in August of 2023. 

Yarimi also previously settled a lawsuit against the NYPD for $2 million after she alleged she was sexually assaulted by an officer when she was 14.

The NYPD has to date not revealed the cause of the young family’s death, whether Yarimi was speeding, had driven past red lights or was drink driving.

Police did not immediately say why Yarimi’s license was suspended.

The Yeshiva World reported the levaya for Natasha Saada and her two daughters, now being scheduled to take place on Sunday at 4:30 PM at Shomrei Hadas Chapels, located at 14th Avenue and 38th Street in Boro Park.

The tragedy leaves behind leave Natasha’s grieving husband and father, Sidney Saada, as well as their surviving sons, Philip and Jacob.

The kevurah of the niftarim will take place in Eretz Yisroel on Har Hamenuchos on Monday the Yeshiva World reported.
