With two large bars, the Bowery Hotel was pitch-perfect venue for this event. Despite the best efforts of the sponsoring vodka brand’s representative, wine was the drink of the night. No surprise, with expert sommelier Jean-Luc Le Du on hand. With all of this delicate, amazing food, it really couldn’t have been any other way.
