A 16-year-old student also said he and the 23-year-old educator had sex in September in the parking lot of an apartment complex, according to WHIO.
Marx, who taught at Fairmont High School and was also a substitute teacher in Oakwood, was removed from the school earlier this month following the allegations.

School officials in Oakwood sent a letter home to parents about the allegations stating that they were unaware of any victims in their district.
