Why Katie Johnson a woman who previously claimed sexual assault at hands of Donald Trump was forced to drop her civil suit.
An exclusive report has told on Monday that ‘troubled’ woman Katie Johnson dropped her sexual assault case against Republican Presidential contender Donald Trump at the last minute after it was revealed ‘facts did not line up.’
The case involved that of 36 year old woman Katie Johnson who had previously claimed in a filed civil lawsuit in April that she’d been raped at the hands of Trump at the age of 13 while attending a party for convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, notorious for ‘sex parties.’
Yet a report via the dailymail on Monday reveals the real reason the civil suit against Trump was dropped was because had fabricated the story.
How or why Johnson came to fabricate the allegations against Trump are yet to be necessarily understood, that said according to filed court papers, no corroborative evidence was offered substantiating the woman’s claims.
The woman using the alias of Katie Johnson had initially filed papers against Trump leading to the real estate billionaire calling the allegations ‘disgusting at the highest level’ and a ‘hoax’ clearly framed to ‘solicit media attention or, perhaps… simply politically motivated’.
Scheduled to appear during a press conference on Wednesday at the last minute the woman who was set to reveal herself for the first time backed out, saying she was ‘too afraid’ following a series of alleged ’threats’ against her.
Speculation mounted that the woman had been paid off by Trump’s camp or worse had been coerced by Trump’s supporters to back off.

With papers first filed on April 26 in California federal court, the woman’s suit, tended under the name of Katie Johnson filed an amended complaint in New York federal court in October, claiming she was subject to rape, criminal sexual acts, assault, battery and false imprisonment. At the time the woman had sought upwards of $100 million in her suit.
Yet in the end according to the dailymail the facts didn’t exist to support the woman’s claims. Facts that one presupposes lawyers for the woman would have been aware from the outset never lined up.
Told a source via the tabloid: ‘Katie Johnson’s account had been believable and compelling right up until the last minute.
‘But new information emerged that suggested she had not been telling the truth.
‘Ultimately it was discovered that Donald Trump’s name had been inserted into this, he was not involved whatsoever. After that she had no credibility.’
According to the dailymail Johnson told the tabloid her motivation was to tell her story was to expose Donald Trump to stop him from becoming president.
Told the woman: ‘We would have a rapist in the White House. I would feel horrified every single day if I stay in this country.’
According to Katie Johnson, her experiences in the summer in 1994 still haunt her today.
‘As much as I try to forget about everything that happened, it always affects everything in my life,’ she said. ‘I mean it affects my relationships, I don’t think I’ve ever had a successful relationship, one that I feel I can trust that person, there’s always that mistrust.’
That said the woman concedes ‘having no idea who her attacker was and that it was only when she watched The Apprentice that she came to believe it was Trump’, claiming that she could not forget her attacker’s face.

Dailymail reports the woman, a former real estate worker having two DUIs and a felony drug possession on her record and a history of drug abuse.
To boot the woman told of recent spinal surgery has rendered her unable to work while claiming disability welfare.
In previous claims, the woman claimed Trump had taken her virginity, forced her in to role-play sex while alleging that he and financier Epstein treated her as a ‘sex slave’ during an ‘horrific’ summer in 1994.
To boot, the woman also alleged she was sexually abused by Epstein himself – a convicted pedophile – on two different occasions during the same summer.
Johnson claimed she was forced to perform sex acts on Epstein through threats of ‘violence’ to her and her family.
She told DailyMail.com about how she first came to jump on a Greyhound bus from small town Oklahoma to New York in a bid to pursue her dream of becoming a model. She was just 13.
How or if the disgraced claims may also reignite credibility claims from previous women insisting that they too were sexually abused at the hands of Trump has yet to be assessed as voters head to the polls ahead of November 8th’s Presidential elections.
