Upper west side chic Kosher steakhouse Prime Ko makes it as a jetset venue but a pain in the ass for neighbors.

The restaurant has also served Snooki, the Knicks’ Chauncey Billups and Jared Jeffries, and Israel’s chief rabbi Yona Metzger.

Snooki? Page 6 sightings? Lindsay Lohan giving you photo ops and rabbi Yona Metzger? Kids- this place is a winner. Who would have thought a kosher venue with rotating media whores would finally resucitate a once staunch antiquated vestige of Manhattan into the next budding Meat packing district with derelict clubs and pocketfuls of B and T kids looking for their own version of fame? Not me- never.

Residents in the co-op buildings directly across the street say sometimes limousines and chauffeur-driven cars idle on the block, causing congestion, and customers are boisterous when they leave late at night.

Yep, sounds like and feels like the Meatpacking district, which once used to be Chelsea before it moved to the meatpacking district which we’re betting is now on its way to West Broadway and 85th. Kids- I’m calling my limo driver now and dropping by for a martini seltzer and a kosher rib eye later this afternoon.

“It’s a place to party, and it’s very difficult to contain the noise,” said resident Charles Abbott at this week’s Community Board 7 meeting.

Abbott, who said his co-op board asked him to speak on its behalf, said a sidewalk cafe doesn’t belong on a side street, and expanding Prime KO’s operations outside would worsen the noise problem.

Worsen the problem but embolden the venue’s reputation and the desire of every able bodied 23 year old to run to rabbi approved new haunt.

But not all is lost dear neighbors:

The restaurant also promised to post a sign reminding patrons to keep quiet as they leave, and make sure staff watch the street for double-parked cars.

Hmm- shouldn’t you turn up to for the party lunch special this weekend?
