University of Hawaii Professor Proposes to Make Child Porn Legal… To Protect Children

In a development sure to make sadists pony up on their blog machine, Professor Milton Diamond of the University of Hawaii has proposed that ‘artificial’ child porn be made available for perverts following research – published online Wednesday in Springer’s journal Archives of Sexual Behaviour – which, according to the Daily Mail, suggested that “child sex crimes fell when child pornography was more easily accessible.”

According to the researchers, who specifically studied how decriminalizing possession of all pornography (American Apparel ads and child porn included) effected society in the Czech Republic after a 50-year ban was lifted when the country transitioned to democracy in 1990 : ‘As with adult pornography appearing to substitute for sexual aggression everywhere it has been investigated, we believe the availability of child porn does similarly.’

But shouldn’t we take into account that – in general – models of legal age are both giving consent and getting paid for choosing to show off their new set of fake tits in adult porn flicks, while children abused during the making of underage pornography are often too young to know what’s happening and too overpowered to escape their abusers?

Probably between bouts of totally grinding sick swells, and trolling online image boards, the team also noted a similar trend in both Denmark and Japan, where child abuse became less prevalent after those countries lifted their own bans on possessing kiddie skinflicks. Though, at least in Japan, making or distributing remained illegal.

Diamond, it seems, would intend to do the same by ensuring that everyone ‘turning Japanese’ to  decriminalized underage porn is seeing something ‘artificial.’ However,  just what that would entail and who would be charged with making this stuff still seems unclear.
