Johnathan Boley autopsy inconclusive as toxicology results may show meth exposure
Johnathan Everett Boley, 4, was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 7000 block of Highway 195 in Jasper, Walker County, AL., WVTM13 reported.
Walker County Sheriff Nick Smith said Johnathan had been with his father, who reported the child missing at approximately 1 p.m. The sheriff said the boy’s mother moved to Florida about a year ago and the father was granted five days of visitation per year. Johnathan disappeared during that visitation period.
Leading up to the boy’s disappearance, investigators were told that the 4-year-old was with his 6-year-old brother and a black Labrador retriever along property grounds.
At some point the six year old brother told his dad that his younger sibling had crossed the fence line separating wood grounds. Upon the father and the six year old returning, investigators said the four-year-old was nowhere to be found. The dog was also missing.
Sheriff Smith said they haven’t gotten any indication that Johnathan is in the woods except for the statement from his brother, AL.com reported.

Come Thursday, Jameson Kyle Boley, 40, was taken into custody and charged with unlawful manufacturing of a destructive device or bacteriological or biological weapon along with two counts of chemical endangerment of a child, WVTM13 reported.

One explosion was reported Wednesday, though officials have not confirmed whether it is connected to the child’s disappearance.

Adding, ‘I am worried he will do the above again to me or our children or potentially kill one of us.’
Jameson filed a response denying the mother’s claims and it was dismissed.
