‘You ran over my f–cking head….’ Video has captured the moment a Tennessee driver allegedly running over the head of a repo man who was in the process of having the man’s infringing vehicle seized, while tying up the car to a tow truck.
Phil Pacman Guy, miraculously survived being rolled over by motorist Nicholas Wray, 34, who tried to stop the repossession at University Gardens Manor apartments in Memphis Wednesday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department.
The now-viral footage showed the victim underneath the red Ford Focus when Wray ran towards the car, jumping into the driver’s seat and driving over the victim’s head and torso.
‘You ran over my f–cking head,’ the distressed victim lying on the ground is heard screaming. ‘You’re going to f –king jail!’
Wray spent nearly a minute maneuvering his way out of the parking spot as his friend, Brandi Revels, 27, (the more the merrier !) allegedly guided Wray to freedom, footage showed.
At one point, Revels is heard heard telling Wray to ‘hurry up’ (where there is will, there is a way…) as the victim attempted to repossess the car.
The victim – who shared the episode on social media – eventually stood up and staggered back to his truck where he stopped the recording.
Miraculously the victim was hospitalized in a non-critical condition.
Wray and Revels were arrested Friday and charged with aggravated assault. The repo man also posted photos showing his scraped up face while wearing a neck brace from inside an ambulance.
‘SHARE SHARE SHARE,’ the victim captioned the macabre video and photos.
‘MFER TRIED TO TAKE ME OUT FORNA VEHICLE THAT THEY WONT EVEN PAY THE PAYMENT ON.’
The infringing Ford vehicle was eventually towed to a city lot, cops said.
Both suspects are being held on bond and are due in court Monday, jail record show.
