Brittany Fortinberry married Martinsville, Indiana teacher in new additional charges against the Eminence High School teacher is alleged to have had group sex with three to five underage boys and threatening suicide if her victims told authorities. Educator is now accused of sexually abusing no less than 10 underage boys.
A married Indiana teacher previously facing chid sexual abuse charges is facing new additional charges after prosecutors say she ‘forced’ three underage boys to participate in group sex along with ordering her ‘victims’ to wear a Scream mask during the act, along with threatening suicide if the victims told authorities.
Brittany Fortinberry, a former math teacher at Eminence High School in Martinsville faces multiple child sex abuse charges over the new revealed episode. The strife comes amid new accusations made by the teacher’s friend’s son and at least 5 other victims stepping forward, WISH-TV reported.
10 additional underage victims alleged
Fortinberry, 31, according to a criminal affidavit is accused of ‘r*ping’ at least 10 underage boys.
Fortinberry to date has been charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy along with allegedly sending explicit messages, pictures and videos to other teen student victims at the school.
Authorities began investigating the alleged abuse in August 2024 after two high school students told staff that their math teacher allegedly sending them ‘inappropriate’ Instagram messages and videos of her sex toys and a stripper pole at her Martinsville home, according to a police probable cause affidavit.
In latest developments, prosecutors on Tuesday filed a motion to add 10 counts of child molestation, eight counts of dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor, according to WTHR.
In further alleged depravity, Fortinberry’s husband, Nicholas Fortinberry, is accused of having been aware of the trysts along with even encouraging the alleged abuse, according to court documents obtained by WTHR.
Fortinberry’s friend told Detective Sergeant Patrick Williams of Morgan County Sheriff’s Office how her son had been groomed by the teacher, according to the officer’s affidavit.

She detailed how Fortinberry allegedly showered her son with expensive football gifts and tried to message him repeatedly on SnapChat, until the boy’s mom told him to block her.
The parent said her suspicions were roused following charges against Fortinberry stemming from her time at Eminence High School.
The concerned mother asked her son if anything had happened to him, according to the affidavit.
The boy began to cry, telling his mother how Fortinberry had allegedly bombarded him with sexually explicit videos of herself along with providing him with drugs and alcohol, the document states.
The boy told Detective Williams that Fortinberry, ‘would always make him food and would buy him anything he wanted’ including ‘vapes, weed, and THC carts (cartridges)’, according to the affidavit, the dailymail reported.
The boy alleged several instances where Fortinberry allegedly plied him and friends with mushroom pills before encouraging them to touch her sexually.
‘Brittany would peer pressure them if they didn’t want to take the shrooms,’ the affidavit stated according to the dailymail. ‘Brittany would grab their arm she would say, “just let it happen”.’

The alleged victim’s mom told cops that her son claimed that, ‘Brittany would put the shrooms on a peanut butter sandwich so they couldn’t taste them’.
The boy further claimed how on one occasion Fortinberry picked him and two friends up and took them to the mall, before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night.
Once there, the then 13-year-old alleged Fortinberry ordered him and his two friends to have group sex with her, despite the youngsters all being underage.
‘Brittany had one condition for them to have the g*ngb*ng with her and that was that they had to wear a Scream mask to f**k her,’ the affidavit stated.
That was a reference to the famous black and white ‘ghostface’ mask worn by the killers in the Scream series of horror movies.
But there’s more.
Fortinberry is alleged to have told the underage boy how him she would ‘self pleasure’ over his school photos, according to the filings.
The victim’s mother told cops that she had allegedly seen a video that Fortinberry sent to her son of her which showed her carrying out a sexual act with his boxers.
The boy further claimed Fortinberry’s husband Nicholas Fortinberry being aware of the alleged abuse and threatened to ‘slaughter him in front of his family’ if he spoke about it.
Nicholas has since been charged with intimidation and failure to report a crime, FOX59 reported.
The allegations by the other three alleged victims are equally graphic and contain similarities to the first boy’s account.
They also contain claims that Fortinberry sent nude photographs and videos via social media and spent hundreds of dollars on weed, vapes and clothing for the alleged victims.
One child claimed being sent topless photos by Fortinberry, who also allegedly showed off her sex toys and stripper poles in a series of ‘explicit’ messages.
Fortinberry is further alleged to have threatened to kill herself if her victims ever reported the alleged sex abuse.
Following her arrest, police said that Fortinberry told them that she regretted losing 150lbs and would have acted differently if she was still heavier.
Fortinberry was ‘immediately suspended’ from her role with Eminence schools after the allegations emerged in August last year and resigned a day after.
Fortinberry who continues to be held at the Morgan County Jail following her arrest last month has since had her bond increased from $20,000 to $150,000.
