And it continues… A married Indiana teacher has blamed a 150 pound weight loss for her alleged sexual abuse of several students where she taught.
Brittany Fortinberry, 31, of Martinsville, IN, a math teacher at Eminence Community Schools in Morgan County was booked with several charges over alleged sexual misconduct with a 15 year old pupil – who has claimed there being no less than 5 other victims and possibly as many as ten according to court documents obtained by WRTV.
Documents cited the victim stating that it was ‘child molestation and he doesn’t want her to molest more kids.’

The 15 year told detectives the abuse began when Fortinberry started sending him nude photos on Snapchat — before eventually luring him to have sex with her several times, including in one instance driving him 70 miles away to the town of French Lick.
The boy alleged the educator giving him drugs, including psychedelic mushrooms and threatening to kill herself if he told anyone.
The boy claimed there were up to 10 other pupils who ‘are considering talking about what happened” and “others that don’t want to talk about it,’ he told cops, according to the documents.
The boy came forward in December, four months after Fortinberry had been fired following allegations she’d sent at least two other pupils obscene images — including nudes as well as images of her sex toys and a stripper pole in her home, according to Fox 59.
Cops searching her home where they found items matching those described, court docs stated.
Martinsville teacher blames recent weight loss
During police interviews, the educator alluded to her losing 150 pounds in weight as a catalyst for her sexual interludes, saying she would have acted differently if she was still heavier. Do you suppose?
Fortinberry ‘was immediately suspended’ when the allegations were first made, according to a statement from the Eminence Community School Corporation, about 35 miles south of Indianapolis. She resigned the next day.
Fortinberry has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Investigators anticipate additional charges amid an ongoing police investigation.
The female educator’s arrest is the latest in a series of ongoing sexual predatory behavior against young males by females in a position of trust, authority and power.
