Sean Edward Uribe, Miami, Floria man arrested squirting ‘unknown white liquid’ to teen girl’s buttocks in clothing store. A search of the man’s home reveals 3 other similar syringes.
A 35 year old Florida man was arrested following an incident which saw the man applying an ‘unknown liquid’ on a female minor inside a clothing store in Miami-Dade County’s Kendall area, earlier this year, authorities announced.
Sean Edward Uribe was taken into custody last week following an alleged episode taking place on June 21 inside a Ross Dress for Less store at 14840 N. Kendall Drive, Miami Dade.
Miami-Dade police said the victim, whose age was not disclosed in the arrest report, was told by other shoppers that they saw a man using a medical syringe to place an ‘unknown liquid’ on the buttocks area of her jean shorts before filming her.
3 medical syringes containing a ‘viscus white liquid, consistent with sem*n’ found at suspect’s home
The witnesses then reported the incident to employees of the store before the suspect fled the scene, WPLG reported.
According to the report, the incident was captured on surveillance video and police were eventually able to identify the suspect as Sean Edward Uribe, of west Miami-Dade, after a Miami-Dade police detective was assigned to another case in which the modus operandi was consistent with the incident that occurred in June.
Police said Uribe was also wearing the same Miami Dolphins cap during both incidents.
According to the report, a search warrant was executed at Uribe’s home in west Miami-Dade on Thursday where detectives found three medical syringes containing a ‘viscus white liquid, consistent with sem*n.’
Police said the clothes worn by Uribe, as seen in the surveillance video, were also found inside his bedroom, CBS Miami reported.
Uribe was then arrested on charges of battery and battery of a child involving bodily fluids.
Uribe was taken to Metrowest Detention Center on Thursday. He remains there on an $8,500 bond, records show.
According to court records, Uribe was arrested June 19 — two days before the alleged incident at Ross — for a misdemeanor battery charge. He was released on his own recognizance. That case has a trial hearing scheduled for Oct. 28.
