Kelsey Pollard, Knoxville, Tennessee former dental worker at Premier Dental Group makes follow up video dissing her firing after viral video mocking private diary entries of cancer patient went viral.
A laughing affair … A Tennessee dental worker who went viral for mocking the private diary of a cancer patient is still laughing — bathing in her new found infamy as a tabloid pinup.
Kelsey Pollard, one of several employees fired from Premier Dental Group in Knoxville this week after video of the workers mocking the diary going viral, filmed a follow-up TikTok mocking the outrage directed at her and her co-workers.
‘When you go viral for being a piece of s–t,’ the former dental worker captioned the video along with the hashtag #viral (naturally!).

Codes of ethics and conduct regarding patients
The post showed our ‘collective hero’ grinning along with flashing a peace sign to the camera.
In a bid to underscore her savage disregard for the victim, Pollard pretends to feebly climb into a dumpster — giving a smiling final wave to the camera.
It wasn’t long before Pollard came under fire with the former dental worker deluged with criticism before turning her TikTok account private.
Pollard and several of her co-workers were fired earlier this week after a video of them reading and mocking a cancer patient’s private diary emerged online, sparking outrage as social media commentators condemned the major violation of privacy.
The clip, taken by another employee, shows Pollard sitting criss-cross on the floor and leaning in intently as another female employee in black scrubs make fun of the patient’s diary entries, detailing the patient’s concern that there are ‘not any other treatment options’ for their cancer.
A male employee was also in the room, but seemingly chose to scroll on his phone rather than intervene, video showed. An investigation determined that the male employee did not participate and was not fired.
‘Found a patient’s journal and now it’s story time lmfao,’ the employee who shared the clip wrote in the video caption.

Premier Dental Group previous foray into controversy
Premier Dental Group of Knoxville issued an apology Monday, acknowledging an ‘inappropriate video created and shared by some of our employees that addressed an individual’s medical condition in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner.’
‘We deeply regret this incident and the hurt [it] has caused,’ the practice wrote in a since-deleted statement on Facebook.
Of note, the episode isn’t Premier Dental Group’s first foray into controversy.
In 2023, the practice agreed to pay around $1 million to settle a lawsuit over allegations of scamming the Tennessee’s Medicaid program and potentially endangering patients through unqualified staff and unnecessary procedures, Knox News reported.
