Toledo, Ohio mother, Lashauwna Tucker arrested after leaving her children home and going to a local burger joint and setting the restaurant’s dumpster on fire.
An Ohio mother has been arrested after allegedly leaving her two kids at home alone and driving to a local Burger King where the children’s father worked and setting the restaurant’s dumpster on fire.
Lashauwna Tucker, 26, left her home in Toledo while her children, ages 4 and 6, were sleeping, according to WTOL. She allegedly went to the burger chain to demand money from her kids’ father, an employee at the restaurant.
Police say Tucker attempted to enter the kitchen, but was told to leave. In response, the jilted mother set fire to a dumpster on the restaurant’s property.
Tucker was arrested Monday and charged with criminal trespass, arson and child endangerment, according to the Toledo Police Department. She will be arraigned Tuesday in Toledo Municipal Court.
Not immediately clear is whether the children’s father is up to date on payments and what arrangement, if any – is in place for their wellbeing…..
