Making the viral rounds is a youtube video (see below), simply titled ‘Girl Gets Caught Cheating By Best Man‘ showing the moment a best man catches his best friend’s newly wedded wife in tight embrace with another man at a bar.
At the moment the best man approaches the woman, who comes to be known as Nina, the camera zooms in on the woman’s sheepish grin as she hangs her head, presumably in the knowledge that she’s been caught red handed and that her indiscretions will soon be making their way known to her husband. And of course 4.3 million viewers and counting around the world.
Asks James the best man: ‘What’s going on here?’
Replies Nina tellingly: ‘You know what’s going on.’
Yes we all do I suppose.
The man Nina is with starts shining a flashlight (yes he knows what’s up too) on his phone at the camera so he can’t be seen. Shame is a mighty motivator of behavior.
‘This is my best friend’s wife,’ James is heard saying.
The video wounded up on Reddit with an explanation that the husband had suspected his wife of cheating after a year-and-a-half of marriage.
Tells the op, theonlyuser who posted the video: This girl and her husband got married a year and a half ago in Thailand. A bunch of my friends flew out for this spectacular wedding. She had cheated on him once before with the same guy and apparently got gonorrhea of the throat from him. She confessed to her husband and asked for forgiveness and he forgave her. Flash forward to a week or so ago and he suspected her of cheating again. Found out she was at this bar through social media or something and asked his best friend if he would go check it out. After finding out, the husband went home, took the car, took her ring, and told her she had until the end of the day to move out. That’s all I really know.
Sadly, the husband’s fears were confirmed. Ouch.
The video has since attained a myriad of comments, with many mostly appalled at Nina’s behavior.
That said some commentators criticized the men for trying to humiliate her online, or said James was wrong to get involved.
At least Nina can console herself with the fact that she is far from alone in being caught cheating on camera.

The guy behind the camera had NO RIGHT to ambush this poor woman like that! She should be allowed to be with anyone she wants! She is not her husbands slave and this video is just more proof that rape culture is very real and very prevalent! This woman did nothing wrong!
She’s lying and cheating, a man would get eaten alive if he did that. Point is she was caught she needs to be responsible for being a liar and a cheater. If you feel the need to be with another person get out of your relationship or clarify it with your significant other.
That wouldn’t change the fact she’s cheating on him…what difference would that make?
1) This video should not have been made public
2) We have no idea what the whole situation is, maybe they have an open marriage and her hubby wanted her to have a fling, maybe he was watching, maybe he likes knowing that other men are just play things to her and that she actually committed to him. Maybe she caught him cheating and this was her way of getting back at him. There are so many things that could be going on. And it should’ve stayed between the people directly involved.
