With an emphasis on the utilitarian, colloquial and re defined notions of previous generations stepping out into a new epoch the clothes had the feel of David Bowie’s avante garde 1970′s with today’s serious girl intent on asserting her autonomy, verve and admiration of her form and her ability to be free to express herself with the elan of well construed form and fine material. With turquoise, caramel and honey hues combined with a palette of fluorescent fuchsia, green and yellow strips, embroidery, feathers and mixed graphics the collection served to emphasize the evolving strain that we have come to know as CUSTO BARCELONA glam.
