Cornering Betsey I inquired as to her passion for the tabloids. I was saddened to find out that she has no regard for the tabloids at all (does that mean there is one less person in the world that loves Lindsay Lohan?) and the body of her work was for the creation of challenging and spirited enlightened repartee that focused on literature and the visual arts.
To be honest I was quite impressed (I even took all the magazines they had on display home with me if you must know…) and delighted that somewhere huddled in a room is a human being who is ignoring what passes for Lindsay Lohan’s life and snot and contemplating the wider cultural terrain. In all a wonderful evening, as usual, this Scallywag is an ardent fan of your collective and only asks one thing- that you let him one day write a cultural symposium as to how Lindsay Lohan fits into the wider and tragic terrain of cultural affairs. Barring that, always a great read, and riveting companionship, thank you Mr Paul Morris for always being a gentlemen as well.
Bravo, to Bomb magazine 29th anniversity at The National Arts Club. A Publication that’s delivered countless pieces on artists in the vast fields of the literary arts, performing arts, visual arts, and design. I ‘ve always been intrigued and taken with Bomb Magazine. As for seeing Lindsay Lohan in Bomb magazine it leaves me with a big question mark?
Best,
