If you want to see fashion “live”, forget the runway shows and just go to a Ford Models party. Both women and men were wearing every designer imaginable and no, they weren’t working. Abigail Clancy was surrounded by photographers and colleagues. She certainly possesses enough beauty to make anything look great. I ran into celebrity tennis pro Heinz Haas, from Sydney and famed fashion photographer Mani Zarrin. It’s always great to see some familiar faces and meet friendly new ones.
I had to move on as it was well beyond the midnight hour. I had two lemon drops to polish off before heading out into the iced up New York streets. I thanked my hosts and head out, but not before meeting two lovely British ladies who volunteered to accompany me on my way to the next party…after all it is fashion week.
