Tatyana Remley, San Diego, California socialite previously convicted of trying to hire hitman to kill husband calls ex to complain about new boyfriend only to shoot self dead moments later after final FaceTime call.
A California socialite and avid equestrian who had tried to hire a hitman to kill her husband has died after taking her own life.
Tatyana Remley is reported to have fatally shot herself outside a bar in San Diego Thursday night.
Remely, 44, died from a ‘gunshot wound to the head’ after she called her estranged husband from the bar, complaining about her new partner, her husband, Mark Remeley said according to a report.

‘She FaceTimed me while in the bathroom stall and told me, ‘I’m with this guy and he’s being a jerk,” Mark Remely told the dailymail.
‘I told her, “Do you have this, because I can send help if you need it. I can call 911 if you’re in trouble.”
‘She answered, “No, I got this.” She hung up and that was our last conversation.’
Remley was pronounced dead at 9.02pm according to the San Diego Police Department.
Mark, a tech entrepreneur, met Remeley 15 years ago in San Diego before the couple’s volatile relationship ending in divorce in 2023.
In August 2023, Remley was charged with trying to take out a hit on her ex, along with charges of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle and possessing a firearm in public.

She pleaded guilty to the charges and served one year of her nearly four-year prison sentence.
‘I tried so many times to get her help because I saw her struggle with life throughout our marriage,’ Mark told the dailymail. ‘I did not see this coming. I loved her and yes, our marriage ended very badly.
‘I couldn’t stay any longer after she tried to hire someone to kill me. I fled for my life and went to the other side of the country. But this was the last thing I thought would happen to her.’
