Rumored affair with Executive Assistant at the University of Michigan.
Nevertheless, social media users claimed that Moore’s ouster was as a result of an alleged affair he had with Paige Shiver, Executive Assistant at the University of Michigan.

Head football coach likely to forfeit $13M buyout after being fired for cause
News of the university’s inquiry started to spread over the past few days and led to growing concerns among Michigan football staffers over their futures, with one telling the outlet, ‘It’s hard to ignore.’
Moore signed a deal in 2024 that would pay him roughly $6million per year through the 2029 season.
The Wolverines will undergo their second coaching change in three years, releasing Moore after eight years with the organization, including two as head coach.
His buyout was listed at $13.89million, according to USA Today’s college football salary database.
Due to Michigan’s move to fire Moore for cause, it’s possible they’d be off the hook for some – or all – of that buyout figure.
