Fiancee & sister of missing 39 week pregnant Michigan woman found dead in custody as both relatives now await arraignment.
The fiancee and the young sister of a missing pregnant Michigan woman found dead on Tuesday are currently in custody at the Wexford County Jail, according to jail records.
Richard Lee Falor, the fiancee of 22-year-old woman, Rebecca Kay Park was taken into custody hours after the remains of the missing 39 week pregnant woman were found in the Manistee National Forest, in Boon Township.
Also in custody was Rebecca Park’s 21-year-old sister, Kimberly Sue Park. Both Falor and the sibling were awaiting arraignment according to The Sun.

The charges against both relatives were unknown at present.
Falor, a convicted 43-year-old sex offender, was arrested at around 7:30 pm on Tuesday, while Kimberly was taken into custody just after 1 am on Wednesday, records showed.
Of note, Falor is currently listed on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry as non-compliant.
It’s unclear what charges the relatives are facing, but they are due to appear in court for their arraignment at 1:30 pm.
Rebecca Park was reported missing on Nov. 4 after she was last seen the day before getting into a vehicle outside her mother’s home in Boon Township, Michigan. Park is reported to have gone missing two weeks before her expected ‘birth due date.’
Investigator’s said Park received $2,000 from a family inheritance that day.
Park’s phone was found discarded near her mother’s house, two days after first going missing.

The Wexford County Sheriff’s Office previously said that there was no direct evidence that Park was the victim of an assault.
Deputies said that they had not recovered bloody clothing, despite rumors circulating online, according to WWTV.
Falor, Park’s fiancé, previously told the outlet that on the night his fiancée disappeared, she told her mother someone was coming to pick her up.
He claimed that Park told her mother, ‘This is something I’ve got to do. I’m sorry.’
‘Her phone was found on a two-track across the street from her mom’s,’ Falor told WWTV.
‘Anybody that knows Becca, she don’t go nowhere without her phone.
‘I just want to know that she’s safe. Our son is safe.’
Authorities are waiting on the return of an autopsy report to determine the cause and manner of death of Rebecca Park.
Authorities did not indicate whether they suspected foul play in the case.
