Liam Payne was using crack & pink cocaine at time of death according to released toxicology results amid ongoing autopsy of former One Direction singer who fell to his death from Buenos Airies 3rd floor hotel room during drugs and alcohol bender in the hours before.

Liam Payne the former ‘troubled’ One Direction singer who fell to his death from a Buenos Airies hotel room last week, had a a toxic cocktail of drugs in his system at the time of his death — including crack cocaine and synthetic drug, ‘pink cocaine,’ local Argentina media reported.

The 31-year-old died instantly of massive internal and external injuries when he fell from his 3rd floor hotel balcony, with investigators saying the singer appeared unconscious as he plummeted to the courtyard below.

In addition to the pink cocaine, a synthetic recreational drug also known as 2C — which includes a combination of methamphetamine, ketamine and ecstasy — the drugs detected in his bloodstream through toxicology screening results included benzodiazepine, crack, and cocaine, ABC News reported.

Frantic last hours before death

The outlet said a makeshift aluminum pipe for ingesting the substances was also found nearby.

Witnesses also said Payne was acting erratically in the hours before his death — including smashing his laptop and offering one of the two escorts, who had come to see him earlier that day, $20,000, after the pair were seen fighting in the hotel lobby just an hour before his death.

The ‘argument’ coincided with a frantic ‘CasaSur’ hotel manager calling police in Buenos Aires shortly before his death alerting them that someone under the influence of drugs and alcohol was trashing the room and potentially endangering his life.

‘We need to send someone with urgency because I don’t know if the guest’s life is in danger because he is in a room with balcony, and we are afraid he could do something that threatens life,’ the worker told emergency services.

When authorities arrived approximately seven minutes later, Payne’s body was found in the inner courtyard of the hotel, where he was pronounced dead at the scene

Multiple traumas …. self inflicted

Photos from the pop star’s hotel room showed evidence of drug use including charred bits of aluminum foil and what appeared to be a powdery substance on a table.

Payne’s influencer girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, 25, had reportedly been with the former boy band member for a lover’s respite in Argentina but returned to Florida two days before his tragic death. At the time she had expressed relief to have returned, seemingly to leave Liam to his ‘troubled devices’.

A preliminary autopsy report from the Argentinian Public Prosecutor’s Office found that Payne died of ‘multiple traumas’ and ‘internal and external bleeding.’ Twenty-five injuries were reported on Payne’s body. The report stated that Payne’s head injuries were sufficient to cause death and the cause of death was related to the height of his fall.

Payne’s body will remain in Argentina until an autopsy on his body is complete.
