Anthony Bravo, Miami, Florida man has $800K in TrumpCoin crypto stolen from his ex girlfriend, Maissa Jebali as Tunisian woman now faces deportation and leaving the country without having to make restitution.
He thought she was in love. She was, but not with him…
A Tunisia woman faces deportation after allegedly scamming her now ex boyfriend out of $850,000 worth of TrumpCoin cryptocurrency following her arrest earlier this week.
Anthony Bravo, 26, met Maissa Jebali, 22, six months ago at a Miami, Florida area lounge. The couple’s relationship over the next months blossomed, with the pair ‘enjoying’ dinner dates along with cruises on Bravo’s yacht.
A fool with his money
‘I loved this girl very much,’ Bravo told NBC6.
But did Jebali equally love him?
Things seemingly went awry earlier this month when the couple became embroiled in a verbal dispute on Bravo’s yacht. The relationship began to crumble, with the pair contemplating breaking up.
‘Eventually in our conversation, I had fallen asleep, laying down in the bed. When I woke up, she was gone,’ the hapless suitor told the outlet.
Upon waking up, Bravo found Jebali had ‘quietly’ left his yacht with her bags.
Also gone was Bravo’s crypto account which he kept on his smartphone.
‘She unlocked my phone and transferred $800,000 of Trump Coin from my phantom wallet directly into her phantom wallet,’ the jipped suitor told NBC6.
Jebali allegedly also used Bravo’s credit cards to purchase a stay at an Airbnb for about $4,000 along with going on a $14,000 shopping spree (why not?).
‘I loved her with all my heart. I did everything I could to be there for her,’ Bravo told Local 10 News.

‘I want restitution for what she stole. It’s not fair for what happened, I just need justice,’
With the help of private investigator, David Bolton, Bravo was able to report the alleged misdeeds to Miami Police who soon after tracked her down to the Yotel Miami.
When cops confronted Jebali, she called her ex-boyfriend a ‘loser’ and that ‘she had ceased the relationship,’ along with insisting Bravo had allowed her to use his credit card. She then told them that she used the card to purchase an Airbnb, but ‘I did not tell him.’
Records stated the 22 year old saying she did not want the victim to know where she was.
Jebali, who overstayed her VISA from Tunisia, was arrested and charged with grand theft in the third degree along with credit card fraud.
Jebali was booked at the county jail, only for ICE officials to take on her case shortly after. As of Thursday afternoon, records show Jebali is under ICE custody in Florida.
‘We can’t just be in a hurry to push people out of the country for some political reason, we need to examine each case and what crimes are involved here and make a determination. Is it worthwhile to send him back, or should we put them through the system here? In this case, the answer is obvious,’ said Bolton, the private investigator working with Bravo.
Bravo is hoping the defendant is kept in the country so Miami-Dade state attorneys can prosecute her. If not, she will be deported to Tunisia and she will still have access to the victim’s money.
‘I want restitution for what she stole. It’s not fair for what happened, I just need justice,’ said Bravo.
Jebali has pleaded not guilty to the Miami-Dade charges, and her attorney, Christopher Schisani, told NBC6 he believes she will bond out of ICE and ‘justice will be served.’
