One family member, identified as Du’Mee’s daughter, told police that Du’Mee and Hyder were at the football party together prior to coming home on Sunday night — where the murder occurred — and they had been fighting throughout the day before arriving back at their residence.

According to WESH, upon returning home, Du’Mee’s daughter said she could hear her mom and Hyder fighting before the fatal shooting.

After hearing a loud noise while upstairs, the daughter came downstairs only to find Natalie bleeding from her head and mouth.

During police questioning, Hyder said his fiancee had ‘pushed” him — literally — too far,’ according to an arrest affidavit.

‘Timothy stated he asked Natalie if she was sure that she was not going to marry him and she stated yes,’ the affidavit stated. ‘Timothy stated he, ‘Put one right in the back of her head.”

‘Timothy stated he placed the revolver back in its holster and told [Du’Mee’s daughter] to call 911,’ the affidavit concludes. ‘Timothy stated he walked outside waiting for law enforcement to take him into custody.’

Hyder appeared in court Monday afternoon and was charged with first-degree murder. He remains in custody at the Osceola County Jail without bond, FOX35 reported.

A handgun was found ‘in plain sight’ on the kitchen counter, police said in a news release.

‘Our hearts go out to the victim and her loved ones during this unimaginably difficult time.’ said St. Cloud Police Chief Douglas Goerke in a statement. ‘If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, there are resources to support you.
