Sugar daddy, his sugar baby and her fiancee …
Gannon and Rosas were seen checking into the resort together, but Gannon was captured on surveillance footage leaving the spa alone on Monday afternoon, taking a taxi to the property in Pennsylvania, around a four-hour drive from Long Island, NBCNY reported.
The home where he was found deceased is listed for sale for $550,000, according to an online listing cited by the nypost.

The man’s suicide death follows Suffolk County cops indicating prior to naming Gannon as the suspect that they believed Rosas’ murder was a domestic incident.
Police say it was determined she was a victim of violence, though they did not say how she died.
Cops have not released a cause of death for the victim, pending an autopsy.

Victim’s family release updated statement
In a statement Wednesday, the victim’s family mourned her as ‘Sabina Khorramdel, our beloved daughter, sister, fiancee and friend.’

The family later issued an updated statement upon learning the suspect was dead.
‘This news has left our family with a mix of sorrow and frustration. Of note, Sabina was arrested in Miami last year for battery and is seen with a black eye on her mugshots. It remained unclear in that episode who the assault victim was.
Rosas was born in Tajikistan and moved to the US in 2009 at the age of 17.
