An Amber Alert for a missing 16 year old Mineral Springs, Arkansas girl has been made inactive following the recovery of the teen girl Tuesday morning, less than a day following the arrest of a 30 year old man in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Adrain Garces who is believed to have abducted or unduly influenced the departure of Autumn Nicole Lyon, 16, from her Howard County home over the weekend was taken into custody, Monday night after the wanted man and his vehicle were were found in Texas.
Garces was charged with interference with custody and is now awaiting extradition back to Arkansas. The 30 year old is believed to have been last seen with Autumn Nicole Lyon on July 27, prior to the 16 year old teen’s abrupt disappearance, FOX13 reported.

The pair were last seen Saturday night circa 8:30 p.m. near 608 Dillard Drive in Mineral Springs before departing together in a gray four-door Ford F-150 pickup, with a Texas license plate TTK1766.
The pair are believed to have met online according to ArkansasOnline.
Garce’s arrest follows Arkansas State Police upgrading a missing/endangered child advisory to an AMBER Alert for the missing 16-year-old on Monday. Come late Tuesday morning, an advisory stated that the alert had been turned off following the ‘safe recovery’ of the 16 year old.
KATV in the hours before reported the teen’s whereabouts as unknown, with authorities believing the 16 year old was somewhere in the Leonard, Texas area, northeast of Dallas.
Lyon was described as being 5 feet 7 inches and 135 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing black leggings, a red-orange sports bra, and white sneakers.
A prior release described Garces as Hispanic, with brown hair and brown eyes, and standing 5-foot-8. Garces was last seen wearing a blue collared shirt and jeans along with having a tattoo on his left forearm, according to the release.
‘They may have traveled to Texas in a gray Ford F-150 pickup with Texas license plate number: TTK 1766,’ the news release stated.
State police have asked that anyone with information about Lyon contact the Mineral Springs Police Department by calling (870) 845-2626.
