Jackub Jackson Hildreth San Antonio man viciously assaults Catalina Mireles after the couple began fighting over their relationship. Met three weeks ago on Facebook.

A San Antonio man punched his girlfriend in the face 10 times and broke her jaw in three places before carving his name into her forehead in a purported assault.

Jackub Jackson Hildreth, 19, was arrested on Friday for the alleged assault against 22-year-old Catalina Mireles

Hildreth was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to KSAT-TV.

The doomed Texas couple had been dating for three weeks, after first meeting on Facebook. Tempers flared after they began arguing about their ‘relationship.’

The victim claimed the assault beginning Thursday morning and lasting until that afternoon.

‘He was going to put me in the closet until he figured out what he was going to do with my body,’ Mireles told KSAT-TV.

Mireles spoke out about the attack as she recovered from her injuries at home.

The woman had several bruises on her face, including on her cheeks, chin, and under her right eye.

The savage attack left her face badly swollen and struggling to speak.

As the argument escalated, Mireles told investigators that Hildreth grabbed her by the neck and punched her in the face.

Hildreth is then alleged to have carved his name into Mireles’ forehead with a knife.

He fled the scene before police arrived. Authorities tracked him down hours later on Friday and arrested him.

An investigation into Hildreth revealed a history of violence, including two outstanding warrants for burglary assault and family violence-strangulation, police told the Houston Chronicle.

Mireles said she is thankful to be alive after believing that she might die at the hands of her boyfriend.

Her mother, Juanita Lopez, said she was relieved her daughter’s attacker is now behind bars.

‘She was scared for her life, he tried to kill her,’ she said.

‘I don’t want him to get out again because he’s going to hurt someone else. She’s my baby, I didn’t expect this to happen.’

Mireles also issued a warning during the interview, saying: ‘Don’t trust anybody you think you might know.’
