Daniel Frisiello a Beverly, Massachusetts man is indicted after being identified as the individual sending white powder to Donald Trump Jr. A history of hit list targets.
Daniel Frisiello a 24 year old Massachusetts man has been identified as the individual mailing suspicious powder to Donald Trump Jr. last month.
In a criminal complaint filed Wednesday, prosecutors claimed Frisiello mailing similar powder-filled hate letters to four other public figures.
Come Thursday morning, cops arrested the wanted man at a Beverly, Mass., home where the ‘prankster’ lives with his family.
Frisiello was charged with 10 counts of mail fraud and false information, along with mailing a threat to injure a person and hoaxes.
Read a note in part addressed to Donald Trump Jr. whose wife Vanessa Haydon Trump opened the envelope at the couple’s E.54th st, Manhattan address, ‘You are an awful, awful person … you are getting what you deserve’.
‘You the family idiot. Eric looks smart. This is the reason why people hate you. You are getting what you deserve. So shut the f*** up.’
Previous ruses involving Frisiello include him mailing threats to law professors, prosecutors, actor Anthony Sabato, Jr., and Sen Deborah Stabenow (D-Mich.). In each instance, recipients received greeting card envelopes tagged with American flag stamps.
Daniel Frisiello mail threat, ‘You’re an awful, awful person, I am surprised that your father lets you speak on TV’.
Told U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Andrew Lelling in a press statement, ‘Beyond terrifying the victims, these incidents caused law enforcement agencies around the country to spend time and money deploying emergency response units,’
Adding, ‘These hoaxes are easy to pull off – all you need is an envelope, a stamp and a white powdery substance. So you’ll see this office aggressively purse these kinds of cases.’
Noted a 22 page complaint, citing the contents of mail sent to Trump Jr from a Boston mailing address February 7th, ‘You’re an awful, awful person, I am surprised that your father lets you speak on TV’.
‘You make the family idiot, Eric, look smart. This is the reason why people hate you, so you are getting what you deserve. So shut the F–K UP’
As a precaution, Vanessa Trump was initially hospitalized, only for investigators to reveal the powder likely turning out to be just cornstarch.

Daniel Frisiello mail threat hit list:
Perhaps reveling in his terrorism, Frisiello shared a media post itemizing the ‘prank’ on Facebook, February 12th- the day of Vanessa Trump opening the addressed envelope.
‘Within the past several weeks, at least five locations around the country have received an envelope that bears a Boston postmark on the outside and contains inside a suspicious white powder and a written message indicating or implying that the powder is dangerous or sent to cause the person danger,’ Inspector Michael Connelly, of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, wrote in an affidavit.
According to court documents, federal agents searched the trash outside of Frisiello’s home in Beverly, Massachusetts, while conducting surveillance on February 21 and 22. Inside the trash, agents found what appeared to be a typewritten list of Frisiello’s targets. The list had been cut with scissors and was missing parts.
Investigators also located the receipt used to buy the stamps that match those used on the five envelopes in Frisiello’s trash, according to court documents.
In the indictment, prosecutors noted Frisiello previously targeting Nicola Hanna, an interim U.S. attorney in California, whom he blamed for the suicide of former ‘Glee’ actor Mark Salling. The actor’s suicide death came after he was indicted on illicit children’s images.
Noted the letter addressed to Hanna, ‘That’s for murdering Mark Salling! I Hope you end up the same place as Salling’.
Prosecutors also alleged Frisiello threatening Senator Stabenow for cheering on Randy Margraves, who tried to attack disgraced USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar for molesting his three daughters.
‘If you condone Margraves reaction to his daughter’s testimony on Dr. Nassar, you are no better than he is,’ Frisiello wrote the three-term Democratic senator. ‘You deserve what is coming to you like he is thinking you’re a c–t version of a vigilante, do us a favor go suck a c–k or better yet.’

The prankster also threatened a Stanford University professor critical of the judge who sentenced disgraced school athlete Brock Turner to be confined for six months for rape.
Frisiello also suggested he’d rape the professor and mailed her a so-called ‘glitter bomb.’
Investigators found Frisiello used ShipYourEnemiesGlitter.com, and tried to send glitter-filled messages to undisclosed members of President Trump’s family.
The company’s owner told investigators the prank messages weren’t sent because they had ‘inappropriate and/or threatening’ messages attached.
Investigators also tracked down several payments Frisiello used to send the missives, including CVS transactions for stamps and greeting cards.
They also found his Facebook, where he expressed far-left views that criticized GOP leaders.
He sent a fifth letter to ‘General Hospital’ actor Sabato, Jr., who’s running for Congress in California as a Republican.
Frisiello is charged with mailing a threatening letter to the soap opera for suggesting President Obama is Muslim, and accused Sabato, Jr. of being Jewish.
‘You and McCain Jr belong together in hell, because that is where you’re going not Christian heaven,’ he’s accused of writing, not specifying which “McCain” he’s talking about.
A regard of Frisiello’s Facebook profile, reveals the man previously sharing and commented on several news articles critical of President Donald Trump and Republicans.
The man’s page described him works as a program assistant at Catholic Charities in the Archdiocese of Boston. Of note, the organization to date has declined to respond to media requests for comment. According to his Facebook profile, Frisiello worked at Catholic Charities in Peabody since August 2017.
Other listings include Frisiello posting he’d worked for a Danvers-based organization that provides support to people with disabilities, from May 2010 to January 2013. His page reveals him graduating from Learning Prep School in West Newton in 2013. He then attended North Shore Community College, where he got an associate’s degree in legal administrative studies in 2016.
Frisiello is cooperating with investigators. He is set to make his first appearance in federal court Thursday afternoon.
If found guilty of the charges against him, Frisiello faces several years in prison.
