Judy H. Viger hired her son a very special surprise for his sweet 16th birthday…

Sweet 16 got very risque…

A South Glens Falls, NY mother, Judy H. Viger has found herself being charged with five counts of child endangerment of a child after she hired two stripers to provide ‘entertainment’ at her sixteen year old son’s birthday party.

Although the strippers only stripped down to their thongs, 33 year old Viger was said to have gotten herself in trouble because she endangered the mental, physical and of course, the big one, the ‘moral’ state of a child under the age of 17.

Besides stripping, the dancers also performed lap dances on her son’s 14 and 15 year old guests at her son’s surprise 16th birthday.

The incident came to light after photos were posted online depicting a scantily clad woman performing a lap dance on a young woman. This in turn led to concerned parents reaching out to authorities after hearing that their children were ‘exposed’ to the strippers.

Acknowledged South Glens Falls Police Chief Kevin Judd: ‘Several kids at the party got lap dances.’

Asked if any sex acts were involved, Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy offered the following:

‘Whether it got beyond that, we don’t know. We don’t know about sex acts.’

The company providing the strippers said that the dancers were unaware that the kids at the party were underage, and that the incident was being “blown out of proportion.”

Unaware or didn’t care?

Since the birthday party which took place last November, Judy H. Viger has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She is scheduled to appear in Moreau Town Court on March 7.

There is also the potential for misdemeanor sexual abuse if it’s learned either of the dancers was touched through their skimpy clothing.

Reflected one commentator on the web: How about if this were a beach or poolside party with scantily clad girls, all minors? Sorry, but if I were on the jury I wouldn’t see a case for child endangerment; just poor judgement and an immature mother. What’s the danger – that this mother might make a man of her own son?

And then there was this comment that made me wonder as well: With a trashy mother like this, is it any wonder young men grow up to treat women as Nothing more than objects for self gratification.
