Even LA district prosecutor Marcia Clark in the original OJ Simpson trial called Kato Kaelin a ‘hostile witness….’
Seems like Kato Kaelin is gone back to being his lovable irritating self after being caught backtracking from yesterday’s statements to the NY Postthat he believed OJ Simpson of being guilty of the double murder of his former wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.
Said Kaelin to gossip site TMZ this morning: ‘I would never say something like this…I have no first hand knowledge.’
Which raises the question what knowledge does Kate a former small time actor/lay about have in the first place?
Of the NY Post interview where he supposedly affirmed his belief that OJ Simpson was guilty Kaelin offers the following:
Kato says he was shocked when he read the report which quoted him as saying, “The statute of limitations has now passed … so I can now say … yes, he did it.”
Kato tells TMZ … he never said any of those things to reporter Cindy Adams or anyone else.
Kato says he has expressed his opinion over the years … that he THINKS Simpson killed Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman … but tells us, “I have no first hand knowledge.”
Which raises the question is Kaelin a dumb ass or did the NY Post get it all wrong or was the reporter, Cindy Adams just too eager to get a scoop without qualifying what Kaelin was really saying in the first place? Then again should we be astounded by stupid shit like this courtesy of the NY Post?
In fact according to the UK’s dailymail, Kaelin is now insisting that the interview with the NY Post never even happened, which raises another question, what shit are they sniffing over at the NY Post or maybe what shit is Kaelin sniffing?

His testimony was so inconsistent that at one point, prosecutor Marcia Clark asked for permission from Judge Lance to to treat him as a hostile witness.
Hostile witness? That kind of sounds right, amazing how some things and people just never change over time. But then again who really cares what Kato Kaelin really thinks anymore, that bixch is a has been who missed the gravy train and anyway OJ Simpson is sound and locked away for other stupid shit he was found guilty of back in 2008, where he is said to be eligible for parole in 2017.
