Clavicular hospitalized after overdose at Miami restaurant in latest troubling antics of controversial Looksmaxxing influencer who commands a large following in the incel community and who resorts to questionable methods in achieving ‘good looks’ to attract women.
A controversial Looksmaxxing influencer in the manosphere was taken to hospital for a suspected overdose after collapsing during a livestream shared with his followers, Tuesday night.
Influencer Clavicular, real name, Braden Peters, ‘suffered a suspected overdose Tuesday night and has since been hospitalized,’ during a livestream shared on Kick according to TMZ.
Video of the live stream, shared by a fan on X, (see below) showed Clavicular, 20, seemingly disorientated while sitting in a bar in Miami, Florida with friends who attempted to speak to him in front of a camera.
Ongoing questionable antics of troubled Looksmaxxing influencer
Clavicular, a prominent figure in the internet’s looksmaxxing community who rose to fame after allegedly tapping his face with a hammer to achieve chiseled cheekbones, is seen rubbing his eyes in the X video. ‘How f***ed up are you?’ a friend is heard asking the influencer, who replies, ‘Dude, I’m shot.’
Another member of Claviular’s group is also seen placing a glass of ice water onto the table in front of Clavicular, who ignores the glass before stretching back in his seat.
One of the friends asks him if he wanted an Addy – meaning the stimulant Adderall – three times before Clavicular appeared to slump over on the table in front of him. Shortly after that, the livestream cut out.

Clavicular overdose episode latest in high profile incidents
News of Clavicular’s health comes weeks after he was arrested for battery in Fort Lauderdale. Taken into custody on March 26, the social media star was charged with misdemeanor battery after a fight broke out between his girlfriend, Violet Marie Lentz, and Jenny Popach, who went viral herself after breaking into the Hype House in June 2020. Clavicular was present for the incident.
Clavicular was taken into custody after he was filmed unloading a gun on a dead alligator in a Florida Everglades swamp. His arrest had nothing to do with this video.
Clavicular’s looksmaxxing antics, embraced by an online community who ‘obsess over physical self-improvement in the hope that it’ll improve their dating odds’ per a February report by GQ, have sparked controversy in the past. Among his efforts, the influencer claims to have taken crystal meth to suppress his appetite and inject himself with mail-order testosterone.
The looksmaxxing influencer advocates steroid use, admitting that he has taken testoterone since he was 14.
He believes being attractive is crucial to a man’s success, especially in getting attention from women.
The dark side of Looksmaxxing (Clavicular)
This philosophy from the looksmaxxing community dovetails with beliefs espoused by incels, or involuntary celibates. These are men who have strong animosity toward women because they can’t find someone who wants to have sex with them.
In a recent interview on 60 Minutes Australia, Clavicular was asked about what incels had in common with his looksmaxxers and got defensive.
‘I’m not linked to that group in any way,’ Peters said of incels. ‘Looksmaxxing is self-improvement, right? So it’s about potentially ascending out of that category and so that would be one of the goals is to disassociate from being an incel and overcome that.’
Latching on to young men’s disillusionment and profiting
The interviewer then asked him about his relationship with Andrew Tate, a social media personality who is under criminal investigation in the United Kingdom and Romania for allegedly running human trafficking operation.
Clavicular was spotted at a nightclub in Miami with Tate and white nationalist commentator Nick Fuentes in January.
‘You’ve obviously shared company with Andrew Tate and other, dare I say, rather controversial figures,’ the interviewer said. ‘Why do you spend time with people like that?’
Clavicular immediately disengaged, saying ‘all right, have a nice day’ before standing up and walking off.
Clavicular who is alleged to be bringing in over six figures monthly from endorsements with his sponsors and subscriptions from followers celebrated his 20th birthday on December 17, 2025.
