A Peoria, Arizona man called 911 on Monday in which he confessed to killing his parents according to police.
Jonathan A. Turk, 29, told cops he was responsible for the death of Tina B. Turk, 56, and Fraser S. Turk, 63, according to Peoria police spokesperson Araceli ‘Shelly’ Montes.
Shortly after 6 p.m. on March 31, officers responded to a home near Happy Valley Road and 83rd Avenue and took Jonathan Turk into custody without incident, Montes said. Inside the home, officers found the couple dead, AZCentral reported.

Investigators believed this was an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the community, according to Montes.
Court documents cited by AZFamily, state that Turk told police that he ‘murdered his parents with a hammer and knife’ because he got mad at them ‘for putting him on medication.’ He told the 911 dispatcher that he put the weapons in his room, and he would be waiting outside for the police.
Officers arrived and found Turk outside of the home, and he was taken into custody. Once inside, police found the bodies of Fraser and Tina Turk.
Jonathan Turk now faces two counts of murder.
