‘Got what she deserved’ Man calls 911 to say he shot cheating girlfriend dead

Jayme Rogers, Dayton, Ohio man calls 911 to say he just shot his girlfriend, Jaime Dick dead cause she was cheating on him and she ‘got what she deserved. Mother of two remembered. 

An Ohio man according to 911 transcripts on Tuesday called to say he had momentarily shot his girlfriend dead and that ‘she got what she deserved,’ and he ‘wasn’t going out without a f**king fight.’

Jayme Rogers, 34, during a Thursday court arraignment, was charged with murder and other felonies in the slaying of his 33-year-old girlfriend Jaime Alise Dick early Tuesday morning.

Dick, who was a mother of two, was found dead in her running car near her home in Dayton around 2 a.m., an arrest affidavit stated. Rogers called 911 himself to report her death, admitting that he shot Dick three times because she was unfaithful to him, the affidavit cited by WHIO stated.

Dayton, Ohio victim and mother of two remembered

Rogers was taken into custody and charged with murder, felonious assault, having weapons while under disability, and discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises. His bond was set at $1 million and his next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 20 according to the Dayton Daily News.

An obituary for Dick says she is survived by her two children.

‘Jaime will be remembered as a loving mom, a devoted daughter, and the very best sister a family could ever ask for,’ the obit says. ‘She was a beautiful soul in every sense of the word, inside and out, whose kindness, strength, and unwavering love left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.”

Posted a social media user, ‘Rest in peace sweet mama. You will be missed so much. I promise to love and care for your babies.’

Wrote another, ‘You were such a beautiful spirit. Im glad I got to be apart of your life. You didn’t deserve this.’
