A science teacher at a Boca Rotan school is accused of grooming a 17 year old female student through secret Google documents before sexually engaging with the teen victim.
Elias Gordon Farley, a 26-year-old teacher at Donna Klein Jewish Academy in Palm Beach County, Florida was arrested following allegations the educator having an ‘on and off’ campus ‘intimate’ relationship with the teen victim.
School officials were notified of the educator’s predatory behavior on November 17, after the student victim showed an art teacher bruises and bite marks she said came from the science teacher, according to an arrest affidavit.

A Google Doc was shared between the two where they allegedly exchanged secret messages, and investigators later revealed it contained ‘explicit details’ about their acts and meetings.
The student explained their relationship turning physical in September, when Farley started to touch her underneath her clothing in his office, adding that this contact ‘occurred multiple times in the following weeks,’ the affidavit stated, WPBF reported.
By late September into October, the teacher/student interactions intensified, leading to sexual engagement, including oral sex and intercourse inside a classroom.
The teen told investigators she visited Farley’s apartment twice in November, describing what happened during the encounters.
During one of the encounters, she reported the teacher ‘bit her on the stomach and inner thigh, leaving visible marks.’
Investigators found evidence matching her account at Farley’s apartment, with his roommate confirming he hadn’t been home during the encounters.
Detectives later executed a search warrant at Farley’s residence, recovering items consistent with the victim’s description, including condom wrappers and bedding, MYNBC15 reported.
Abuse of position of trust , power and authority
Reviewed school surveillance showed the 26-year-old male educator and the teen entering his classroom and office together.
The school suspended Farley upon his arrest on December 3, with the educator refusing to speak after being read his Miranda rights, the affidavit stated.
‘This is a difficult time for all of us at Donna Klein,’ the school said in a statement released to FOX News. ‘We are approaching this serious situation with the utmost care, keeping the well-being of our students, faculty and families at the forefront.’
Adding, ‘We are steadfast in our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for everyone in our school community.’
Farley remains held on $500,000 bond, facing two felony charges, including illegal sexual activity with a minor and misconduct against a student by a person in authority.
Farley is no longer employed at the school as authorities continue to investigate.
