According to filings submitted in Brevard County family court, Anna’s stepmother, detailed allegations of prior domestic violence involving her ex-husband, Thomas Hudson, and their children — including the minor son now under federal investigation.
Shauntel Hudson went on to divorce Thomas Hudson in 2023 before becoming involved with Anna’s biological father, Christopher Kepner, 41, and marrying. At the time of the cheerleader’s death on board the Carnival cruise ship during a 6 day Caribbean getaway, Anna had been traveling with her father, his new wife, her siblings along with Shauntel’s biological children, including 16 year old, Tim Hudson, now alleged to be involved in the Florida teen’s death.

Days before the minor being implicated, an individual going by the name of Martin Donohue had taken to X to allege that the teen boy had allegedly beaten the girl to death, then wrapped her body in blankets and then stuffing it under the bed, covered her body with life rafts, including even sleeping on the bed as if ‘nothing had happened.’
Speculation had remained rampant as to the legitimacy of Donohue’s claims along with whether he was indeed related to Anna, with many stating on social media that the man had injected himself in the story for notoriety. But it appears otherwise.

The petitioner was Christina Donahue (recognize the last name?) on behalf of Tabatha Donahue. The respondent is Anna Kepner’s father, Christopher.
‘Apparently, Christopher had cheated on Anna’s biological mother Heather with Tabatha, their 15-year-old babysitter! You’ll notice the court case is for “sexual violence” but ended up getting dismissed. Tabatha ended up being Christopher’s second wife.’
According to sources during the 6 day getaway, Timothy, Anna’s biological brother Connor, and Anna all shared a bedroom on the cruise.
The former couple had been set to appear in family court to hash out allegations of former child abuse involving the couple’s three children, including that of Timothy-Tim-Hudson, who is now implicated in Anna Kepner’s death.
The case has led to a torrent of speculation and accusations of poor parenting and complicity leading to Anna’s death.
Stated a commenter on social media, ‘The step mom should be the one facing charges. She fed those boys hatred towards thier step sister for sure. Don’t blame their father.’
The revelations come as the FBI continues to remain tight lipped as to the manner and cause of the cheerleaders death and whether charges against the minor are forthcoming?
A spokesman for the FBI recently stated: ‘No further information is being released at this time.’
