Pennsylvania woman, Georgia Zowacki attacks boyfriend, David Rea after failing to get his girlfriend a cake or gift for her 55th birthday.
So much for birthday wishes. A Pennsylvania woman has been arrested after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend with a boxcutter and threatened to kill him after ‘failing’ to get her a birthday gift.
Georgia Zowacki had been drinking vodka on her 55th birthday Wednesday when she allegedly stormed into her live-in beau David Rea’s room in West Newton, slashed his arm and held the weapon to his throat, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
Rea, who met Zowacki two months ago, had taken her out for a meal earlier in the day — but didn’t buy her a gift, card, or cake, cops told the paper.
‘She stabs me four times. Then she went to my neck and said, ‘I’m going to kill you,’’ Rea told cops, according to ctpost.com. ‘She got very belligerent.’
Zowacki was also furious that nobody else had gotten her a gift.
During the attack, she allegedly trashed Rea’s room, smashed his television before bolting. Police found Zowacki on a nearby neighbor’s porch.
Upon her arrest, the birthday girl was charged with aggravated assault and making terroristic threats.
