Guadalupe Olivas Valencia an illegal Mexican immigrant kills self after fears of returning to his native state after previously deported three times.

45 year old Mexican man, Guadalupe Olivas Valencia has died after jumping off a bridge on Tuesday just 30 minutes after having been deported from the US for the third time.

A report via BBC News told of the man jumping off a bridge, where he was found unconscious next to his possessions inside a plastic bag.

At the time of his fall, the illegal immigrant suffered a concussion and died of a heart attack at the point of impact.

Prior to leaping, witnesses told of Valencia screaming that he did not want to return to Mexico and that he was going to kill himself.

The apparent suicide took place near the El Chaparral border crossing between San Diego and Tijuana.

A report via the Independent told of a friend saying that Valencia was anxious’ after being pushed to a region where ‘he knew nobody’.

The Sinaloa native was afraid to go back to his home, which was once ruled by Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman and retains a notorious reputation of  being an extremely dangerous place.

Reports tell of 1,938 homicides last month alone in the north east Mexican state.

His death came as the Department of Homeland Security released new guidelines that are expected to lead to massive deportations. Immigration officials will have even more leeway to kick out undocumented immigrants, irrespective if they have committed a crime.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Homeland Security head John Kelly will meet with Mexico President Enrique Peña Nieto later this week to discuss several issues, including border security.

An estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants live in the US, many of them from Mexico.

A brave new world has arrived…
