Caressa was no less sincere in her enthusiasm for the project, which had brought her together through Joseph Ribkoff with the charity organization for the first time. She told me about being bullied as a younger child, and although it’s hard to imagine that looking at her now, it has certainly become an issue she feels passionate about. As the spokesperson for J. Ribkoff, she was game to support some sexy women and make them feel like rockstars for the night.
As for the ladies themselves, well, they tended to be a little busy getting their hair and makeup done, but a woman named Valerie told me that she felt like she was being pampered, and that’s certainly a nice way to feel once in a while. Kudos to everyone involved in making the night happen. There’s nothing cynical to be said about a night of good fun during the holiday season, and this one was quite nice.
