Personally, when it comes to dating- I’ve just openly grovelled and told all my sweet hearts I’m as broke as they come and hope for the best. Of course then there is the track Solomon Jesus Nasser took too. Which agreed has many pluses, assuming you don’t get caught…
Associated Press: WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — A man who lied about being rich and important has pleaded guilty to stealing nearly $200,000 from women he met through online dating services.
Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore says Solomon Jesus Nasser of Ardsley pleaded guilty Thursday to third-degree grand larceny.
DiFiore says Nasser “trolled Internet dating sites” for nearly three years looking for victims.
So could one assume one of Nasser’s ads went something like this: ” Hot Latin Lothario swimming in Ferraris and idle cash looking to share good times and your hidden bank account. Please be at least 5’6 and peroxide blonde for further consideration. Double B a plus, but VISA and MASTERCARD accepted too.
Among other things, he claimed he’d been a high-level Department of Defense official, an adviser to President George W. Bush, a Navy admiral and a multimillionaire who owned a jet.
He had said he had cash flow problems due to legal issues and asked for loans to cover living expenses.
Nasser faces up to seven years in prison when he’s sentenced Oct. 27. He’s also being ordered to pay restitution.
Looks like Nasser has going to call all his make believe friends to loan him some money. Navy admiral indeed…
