Nathaniel D Cullerton and Kelsey Borenzweig, top lawyers at NYC law firm, Wachtell Lipton caught passionately kissing in Central Park amid alleged cheating scandal as the internet responds to questions of impropriety after viral Jay Guapo Tiktoker video.

Captured video has set tongues wagging after two top NYC lawyers were filmed passionately making out in Central Park earlier this week, raising questions of impropriety and allegations of cheating.

Reports the dailymail: Nathaniel D Cullerton, 45, was filmed smooching Kelsey Borenzweig, 29, in the shadows of Billionaires’ Row by a TikTok comedian named Jay Guapo, who shared the clip with his 3.5 million followers on Thursday.’

Remarks Guapo while filming, ‘Get a room. There’s kids around.’

Coldplay cheating scandal redux?

The pair, employees of top NYC law firm, Wachtell Lipton then look up in embarrassment and shield themselves from the camera leading many on the web to openly wonder if this was a replay of last year’s Coldplay cheating scandal which led to the ouster of two top Boston executives.

While neither party has publicly responded to allegations of cheating (or maybe just open display of public affection), social media users were quick to point out that Borenzweig had soon after deactivated her social media profile showing her with her alleged boyfriend. Allegations that have not been verified.

The most obvious affair? The internet responds

News of the video led to some decrying the episode as the most obvious affair’ while others criticized the Tiktoker who filmed the unfolding display of passion ‘as the true creep.’

Posted one user on X, I hope he sues you for this nonsense.’

Opined another, ‘I wanted to say give them their privacy but they are in a park so…’

While another user informed, ‘He is a partner at Wachtell Lipton law firm and makes between $8-12 million per year. She is an associate at the same firm making $400-600k. He is married, which makes the video make more sense.’

Nevertheless others continued to pile on condemning the intrusion of privacy (yes kids, sometimes media and social media goes too far and serves to intrude in people’s private lives and condemns them to the vagrancies of a faceless echo chamber).

Media and social media over-reach?

Responded one user, ‘Filming people should be illegal. A law should be passed to hunt down these TikTok loser predators.’

Reflected another, ‘Why is this even a story? What the fuck are we talking about??’

Added another, These people are strangers. We don’t need to know about any of this @nypost is doing their work manufacturing consent for a mass surveillance state. Ghouls.’

And of course there was this comment that brought a rueful smile to this author’s face,

‘They want to get into each other’s legal briefs.’

What do you think? Has the media and social media influencers gone too far in their rush to bring sensation and titiliation to the press and what responsibilities and limits should the media self impose? Or is that a useless question in the age of instant fame, social media share rinse and repeat and off to the races instant viral fame?
