Mynoviah Tinsley, Snellville, Georgia woman mauled to death by up to 15 dogs that were found at residence. Woman’s death was ruled accidental and the result of extreme blood loss as victim’s husband, Joe, whose Facebook page is littered with images of pit bull dog breed variations says ‘he lost his better half.’ 

A Georgia woman who was found deceased at her home Tuesday morning and covered in dog bites was determined to have died as a result of extreme blood loss after being mauled to death by dogs according to a medical examiners report.

Mynoviah Tinsley, 43, was found dead at her Snellville are home where responding officers located multiple dogs, their snouts covered in blood. At the time of the discovery the victim’s family sought clarity as to what exactly had happened.

In a new update on Wednesday afternoon, the DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled Tinsley’s death as an accident, saying she was mauled to death by the dogs and died by exsanguination (severe loss of blood) ‘due to multiple penetrating and avulsive injuries.’

What actually happened at Snellville residence? 

Officers with the DeKalb County Police Department were dispatched to the home along Anderson Valley Drive following reports of a ‘person down.’ Police said several dogs were at the location and ‘covered in what appears to be blood.’ Officers and animal services later worked together to gather the animals from the scene, 11Alive reported.

It remained unclear the number of dogs that had attacked the victim and what had led up to dog mauling. While authorities declined to identify the breed involved, images belonging to the victim’s husband Facebook account showed what appeared to be a pit bull variation breed.

Who is Mynoviah Tinsley’s husband and how did he breed and take care of the dogs? 

Tinsley’s husband, Joe, who frequently posted photos of dogs on his Facebook account, Llbbkennel Tinsleyshared photos of the couple’s wedding on Facebook following his wife’s death.

‘Please pray for me yall I loss my other half today…..Hellllllp,’ he wrote in one post.

He later shared a second post, writing: ‘I feel so dead.’

15 dogs connected to the Snellville case

According to her family, Tinsley worked as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. Her family said she guided countless people through their most vulnerable moments, dedicating her career to helping others heal.

Of disconcert, 11Alive reported that on Tuesday night, LifeLine Animal Project confirmed it received 15 dogs connected to the Snellville case. ‘None of the dogs from the Anderson Valley Drive home are available for adoption and cannot be photographed,’ the outlet reported.

Authorities continue to investigate.
