‘I’m going to be super vulnerable and real here. I’ve really been struggling lately. Life is hard and postpartum hormones don’t help much. I’m very grateful for my psychiatrist who is doing everything he can to get me stabilized and for my counselor who I can talk about everything to. I’m not going to lie and say I’m on the other side if my mental health struggles. I struggle every day. Whether it be with the urge to self harm, depression, anxiety, or the occasional manic, I struggle.
‘I post on this page every day, not only for all of the amazing people who follow it, but also for myself. I need the positivity and motivation just as much as everyone else. I am so grateful for the support I receive from this group. I started it to help others, but this group, along with all of the members, help me more than anyone can ever know. Sorry for the long post, but I’m feeling sappy.’
Fundraiser launched for surviving children
