Also making her tabloid debut is ‘erratic’ school bus driver, Linda Godejohn, 55, who blames her recent DUI arrest on a bad doughnut that made her ‘sick.’ Do you suppose kids?
A report via KTRK told of the ‘erratic’ Texas bus driver, being pulled over around 2 p.m. Thursday in Harris County while transporting students from Yes Prep School.
‘I wasn’t [drunk]. My stomach was just hurting so bad that my wheel fell off the curve,’ the woman told reporters after leaving jail Friday.
Godejohn explained the day was like any other — except for the bad doughnut she ate from the school.

‘They’ve been riding all year long. Nothing has changed,’ Godejohn reiterated. ‘Except I got something from the school to eat. It had made me sick.’

In her defense, the resolute bus driver claimed the sobriety tests were ‘hard’ and insisted she hadn’t consumed any alcohol.
‘They keep saying that I have been drinking,’ Godejohn explained. ‘I don’t drink. I haven’t had a drink in years.’
She was booked on misdemeanor charges for driving while intoxicated and released Friday on $100 bond, according to court records. Her next court date is June 10.
First Student Bus Company — which contracts drivers for Yes Prep — said Godejohn was suspended pending the outcome of the investigation, according to KTRK.
Godejohn couldn’t be immediately reached for comment. Maybe she was out eating another doughnut….
