Natalie Bollinger missing Colorado teen found dead weeks after obtaining permanent restraining order against 42 year old man, Shawn Schwartz.

The body of a 19 year old teen girl found in woods last week, since identified as missing Colorado teen, Natalie Bollinger comes just weeks after she’d placed a restraining order against an alleged stalker.

In a press release, Adams County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the body found on the property of McIntosh Dairy was that of Bollinger, who’d been the subject of a missing person case after her family reported her missing last Thursday.

Come Saturday, a passerby discovered a body later identified as that of Bloomfield in a wooded area on the side of a road in Adams County.

While the cause and manner of the missing teen’s death is still under investigation, the case has since been opened as a homicide.

Shawn Schwartz insists he had no involvement in Bollinger’s disappearance and death- but did he?

Broomfield police told CBS News they spoke with a man whom Bollinger had obtained a permanent restraining order against 42 year old man, Shawn Schwartz, in mid-December, but no arrests have been made. The restraining order came 13 days before the girl went missing.

Weeks before she was reported missing, Bollinger posted a warning on Facebook to family and friends of man she said was harassing her.

‘Hey y’all, I have a public announcement… there is a man Shawn Schwartz. I met this man when I was young. I ran into him about 2 years ago,’ Bollinger wrote on Dec. 13. ‘Long story short, I became friends w him. I helped him out w rides and stuff. I moved to [Virginia]. He drove across country to see me.. slept behind my work for weeks.’

‘He’s sent emails for over a year close to everyday, harassing me. Making numerous account until I block him again. Threatening my family, telling me he’ll kill himself in front of me, and sending my friends and family harassing messages as well,’ she further alleged.

Shawn Schwartz begins to post slander against Natalie Bollinger:

At the time Bollinger said she made the post because Schwartz was ‘posting slander’ about her and sending harassing messages to her friends and family.

Broomfield police wouldn’t tell CBS if the man from the Facebook post was suspected in the death of the 19-year-old.

In a video posted on Facebook, Schwartz denied involvement in the teen’s disappearance.

In a Facebook message to the Boulder Daily Camera, Schwartz said he was ‘still trying to stay out of the way and let the cops do their jobs.’

Posted the man, December 29, ‘Go find Natalie. Stop picking on me, stop blaming me, and go find her. I spend a lot of time at the cop shop today trying to help. Cops scratched me off their list, so stop being a xxxx and help find her’.

To date police have made no mention of whether Schwartz is considered a suspect in her vanishing and subsequent death as scrutiny continues….
