Well, perhaps I am not the best person to judge, but the only thing this experience seemed to benefit these women were their “careers”.
Point in case, Jaqueline from season one. When i began interviewing her, she immediately let me know that she had a single dropping next month on iTunes and that she expected it to be in the Top 100. Where, she wasn’t sure, but she knew it would be there.
And then there was Shakyra, a model from season two, nominated by her boyfriend. She had no clue what the show was about but thought it to be a great career move. As soon as she arrived however, she promptly left, came home, broke up with her boyfriend and moved out. She is now pursuing acting in addition to modeling.
Still however, there were girls that seemed slightly less absorbed. Courtnee from season one was a sweet beauty queen and Jessica who decided to go on the show to further her charities was just named as one of the chairs for Operation Smile.
Like I said however, this writer is not one to judge. As I write this from my bed mid-day, I can only imagine how I would react if I got the surprise of my life and ended up on Your Cut Off.

hmm. thanks. I obviously did not watch the show. I thought the title was informally indicating members of a group. Not to mention that is how the press release spelled it.
