A Waxhaw, North Carolina couple were found dead in their home on Prescott Glen Parkway in an apparent murder-suicide according to cops.
Officers responded to the residence Thursday, March 12 after a report of gunfire just on 4.20 p.m, and discovered Inol and Eusther Toussaint dead inside the house, according to Waxhaw police. Investigators believe Inol, 49, shot his wife, Eusther, 42, upstairs before going into the backyard and turning the murder-weapon on himself.
Authorities have not released details about what led up to the shooting, while saying no ongoing threat existed to the public. The investigation remains active, and police said they are working with the Union County Sheriff’s Office and the medical examiner to complete autopsy and ballistic reports.

Eusther Toussaint worked as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner in cardiology with CaroMont Heart & Vascular in Gastonia, where she was a board-certified provider with CaroMont Health. According to her CaroMont Health biography, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University. The profile notes that she and her family moved from Florida to Waxhaw and that she enjoyed spending time with her sons, cooking and doing home improvement projects.
The couple were also associated with Assembly Master LLC, a locally owned home-services company that advertises professional furniture assembly, home projects and seasonal lighting across the greater Charlotte region. The business’ website says Assembly Master aims to help residents ‘make your home look beautiful throughout the year’ and highlights more than 20 years of experience and hundreds of completed jobs.
