Robinson, a convicted sexual offender is arrested as cops now search for his accomplice.
Texas authorities have arrested one of two suspects wanted in the shooting murder of a North Texas rapper, Lil Ronnie (aka Ronnie Sibley, 30) and his 5 year old daughter at a Forest Hill carwash earlier this week.
Adonis Robinson, of Fort Worth was arrested by Texas Rangers, Thursday afternoon in Livingston, Texas, about 75 miles east of Houston
Robinson a registered sex offender and fellow accomplice, Jakobe Russell, 21, also from Fort Worth, who continues to remain at large were identified as the two gunmen who charged at father and daughter at Slappy’s Car Wash in Forest Hill, Monday morning just on 11am.
Suspects prior criminal histories
G$ Lil Ronnie aka Ronnie Sibley and the man’s 5 year old daughter, R’mani Sibley were gunned down just before 11 a.m. Monday when the two suspects got out of a Kia vehicle, ran up to the Rapper’s vehicle as it was getting cleaned and fired off 13 gunshots, killing father and daughter.
The pair were observed getting back in their Kia vehicle and fleeing the scene.
Discussing Thursday’s arrest, Forest Hill Police Chief David Hernandez attributed the arrest to the ‘relentless investigation and investigation’ of various agencies, including the Fort Worth Police Department Tactical Intelligence Unit. He said there is still a continuing effort to capture Russell.
Addressing the press corps, Hernandez described the suspects as ‘cowards’ who shot dead two innocent people.
Robinson was released from prison in August 2024 and has convictions for sexual assault and failing to register as a sex offender. Russell has convictions for assault, including against a pregnant person, and unlawful weapon carrying, CBS News reported.

Not immediately clear is what led to the rapper being targeted by the two men.
The rapper musician shooting’s death comes in a long line of other rappers gunned down by their adversaries in public settings often in a public spat of words and dares and often synonymous with idolizing gun violence culture.
Both Robinson and Russell face capital murder charges and if convicted could serve life in death or be executed.
