Cloe Workman, Loveland, Ohio woman films herself abusing 1 year old baby daughter and sending video to infant’s father, Jeffrey Knuckles. Mom now faces child endangerment and domestic violence charges as dad fights for sole custody of child.
An Ohio mother was arrested on Thursday and charged with child endangerment and domestic violence after filming herself abusing her infant daughter and sending the video to the child’s father earlier that week.
Cloe Workman, 20, of Loveland was released on her own recognizance to house arrest follow a Friday court appearance and ordered to wear a GPS monitoring device, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
Court documents state Workman filmed herself spitting in the child’s face, pushing the baby’s head, and squirting ‘dish detergent into the child’s mouth.’ The woman is alleged to have sent the video to the child’s father on Monday, before being widely shared on social media, prompting calls for Workman’s arrest.

No known motive
The video led to the Loveland Police Department and Child Protective Services investigating. Workman was initially charged with endangering a child, and the charge of domestic violence was added on Wednesday for the same incident.
The mother has no criminal record as an adult in either Hamilton or Clermont Counties, where she has lived.
A family member told WKRC that the baby girl is a little older than a year and is in the custody of Workman’s grandparents.
No known motive for the assault was immediately known.
Infant’s father seeks sole custody of baby daughter
The father’s brother — the baby’s uncle — Jeffrey Knuckles started a GoFundMe page to raise money for the girl’s father to hire an attorney and gain custody of his daughter.
Posted the uncle after Workman was ordered to house arrest, ‘house arrest after what she did?!? yeah the system just spit in all of our faces with that.’
Workman is scheduled to appear in court for a pre-trial hearing on Jan. 6.
